Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is specified, within 30 days after confirmation—unless exceptional circumstances apply. At Loomingdale, providing the best service possible is our top priority.
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify at checkout. If your address is in a geographically remote or restricted location, we may not be able to deliver there. In such cases, we’ll notify you before accepting your order.
We reserve the right to decline deliveries to countries restricted by export laws. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Multiple items in the same order may be shipped to different addresses—only within the continental United States.
Deliveries are handled by our trusted couriers Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays), typically between 8 AM and 5 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some deliveries may require a signature.
For international orders, products may be opened by customs and may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering. We are not liable for any legal or regulatory breaches in your destination country.
Risk & Ownership
Products become your responsibility upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment is received, including shipping.
Ordering & Availability
Products may be ordered by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. You may edit your cart until the “Place Order” button is clicked.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a reference number. This does not mean your order is accepted. Orders are confirmed only when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation. Only items listed in that confirmation form the final contract.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Your card details are transmitted directly to our payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement by contacting our support team. If your order has already shipped or cleared customs, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the item must be received and returned for refund processing.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If an error in pricing is found, we may cancel your order or adjust the price after informing you. If a listed price is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right not to honor it, even after an order confirmation.
Currency & Charges
We accept orders in USD. If your card uses another currency, the equivalent will be charged. Prices listed include all fees—there are no hidden charges or additional taxes.
Users & Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on our site.
