Q: How long do I have to return a product?
A: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, unless the product was defective or sent in error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at support@loomingdale.com with your order number and reason for return. Use "Product Return" as your subject line.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 business days to reflect the refund.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping. International return shipping and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.
